The threats hiding in your
M365 environment right now

Most businesses don't know what's wrong until it's a disaster. Howard tells you before it is.

☠️
Users with no MFA
Your "secure" environment has accounts with nothing but a password standing between hackers and your data.
👻
Ghost former employees
7 accounts from people who left last year still have access to your SharePoint, Teams, and email.
🔓
Security defaults disabled
The baseline protections Microsoft built in — turned off. One phishing link and your whole tenant is exposed.
💸
License bloat
You're paying for 60 seats. 18 licenses sit completely unused. That's real money leaving every month.
🤖
Unauthorized apps
Someone added a third-party app last month with permission to read your email. Nobody approved it.
🛡️
Conditional access gaps
Your policies look good on paper. In practice, they have exceptions that bypass them entirely.
📬
Shared mailboxes from 2021
Dead-end shared mailboxes still active and consuming licenses nobody remembers setting up.
📱
Unenrolled devices
Intune exists. Your devices aren't in it. That means no remote wipe, no compliance policies, no visibility.

Questions answered

What does "per tenant" mean?+
Each Microsoft 365 tenant you manage = one Howard subscription. If you manage 10 clients with 10 separate M365 tenants, that's 10 Howard subscriptions. One tenant, one price.
Will Howard make changes to our environment?+
Only if you let it. Read-only is the default — Howard audits, reports, and recommends, but cannot change anything. On Pro and Enterprise you can switch on a supervised write mode: Howard can apply fixes, but every single change still requires your explicit approval first — there is no auto-apply. You control this at all times and can switch back to read-only whenever you want.
How does Howard connect to our tenant?+
Howard connects to your Microsoft 365 with permissions you grant and fully control — read-only by default, or a supervised read+write mode only if you switch it on, and every change in that mode still needs your approval. You can revoke its access at any time from your own admin center. Howard is AI-powered; your data is processed under enterprise data-protection terms — never sold, never used to train AI models. Audit results and tenant state are stored on Rosario Tech Solutions’ managed infrastructure so your dashboard can show history; nothing is shared beyond that.
How long does setup take?+
Under 1 hour. We connect Howard to your tenant, run the first audit, and deliver your baseline report within 24 hours of connecting.
What if we want to cancel?+
30-day notice, no cancellation fee. You can export all reports and data before you go.
Can Howard handle our existing Break/Fix work?+
Yes — most recurring M365 administration can be automated: license reviews, new-user setup, security-baseline checks, offboarding, and more — on a schedule or on demand.

First audit is always free.
